This place was absolutely to die for

Everything was magical here! A beautiful Italian property with stunning views, newly remodeled villas and wonderful amenities. The host brought us a bottle of white wine to enjoy by the pool for no extra cost and the pool itself was amazing. It overlooked the hills and was refreshing after a long drive! Was a ten minute walk to Sevens Cafe for dinner which was outstanding. We would definitely come back to this slice of heaven.

A gorgeous unit on a beautiful grounds

This is a gorgeous unit on beautiful grounds. We loved the spacious floor plan and the cleanliness of the property. Ooh! The heated floors were such a wonderful surprise. It was near freezing temperatures during our visit in April. Beniamino was fabulous. Even though we had a late check in he met us on the property and made us feel welcome. He was very accommodating and answered every question we had. You can tell he loves what he does! I will definitely be coming back with my family and next time I will also bring friends!

Borgo Giorgione è una location bellissima. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento Grano. AMbienti puliti, curati e dotati di tutti i servizi; un appartamento spazioso e luminoso. Per non parlare dell'esterno; piscina, un grande giardino e tutt'intorno le colline umbre: una favola. Borgo Giorgione è situato a 5 minuti di macchina da Monteleone d'Orvieto, un paese molto carino e con un bellissimo belvedere. Beniamino è di una gentilezza e di un'attenzione verso i clienti davvero ammirevoli. I suoi suggerimenti si sono rivelati preziosi nell'organizzazione della nostra vacanza

Struttura curata, accogliente, pulita e attenta al comfort degli ospiti. Appartamenti luminosi immersi nel verde di una tenuta ricca di essenze (camminando in giardino, arriva l'odore della lavanda e poi del rosmarino) e fiori. Si può godere di tranquillità e di un bellissimo cielo stellato anche a bordo piscina. Piscina sempre accessibile. Proprietario gentile, serio, molto disponibilie ad ascoltare e possibilmente assecondare le richieste degli ospiti (abbiamo potuto anticipare il check-in, ci ha fatto trovare carbonella e ghiccio come avevamo richiesto). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Entra meritatamente tra i miei posti preferiti. Assolutamente consigliato

What was not to like?

What was not to like? We had a beautiful house, with two bedrooms en suite upstairs. The beds were comfortable. A modern kitchen with all the amenities, a lovely terrace with a barbecue. The house was clean and spacious ahad a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There was a beautiful swimming pool which was always clean. hen we arrived, there was milk, tea and biscuits for the next morning. There were helpful directions and recommendations for restaurants (all excellent), places to visit. groceries. The village is lovely and quiet, situated 30 min to Orvieto, 1h to Montepulciano, Siena and Montalcino. Beniamino and his team were friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend Borgo Giorgione

Ideal for us

Large house with plenty of space and enough storage space. Everything needed was available and everything worked tiptop. The house was extremely clean and the garden very well mainteined. A grocery store is a few minutes drive away. The communication with Beniamino was quick and easy. Check in and out worked fine. The location of Borgo Giorgione was ideal for us - nice, but centrally located for our excursions. Thank you very much - we enjoyied the stay very much

Fantastic stay!

Pool was a welcome relief in extremely hot weather. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious for a family of 4, with air conditioning in all rooms. Happy to use modern/new washing machine and fold out clothes fine...perfect for laundry for a family

A fabulous apartment and great swimming pool

A beautiful 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom apartment in an exquisitely renovated stable, with meticolous attention to detail, including underfloor heating and air conditioning in each room. It has its own small garden at the back with table and chairs. The pool is large and new, there are rose gardens around each of the 3 properties. Beniamino is a very helpful and attentive host

Lovely location

Lovely location, very comfortable rooms and beds, and a great swimming pool. Beniamino is a wonderful and very hospitable host, who welcomed us to our house and showed us around. Weekend da sogno

Non so da dove cominciare. Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo sposati a Borgo Giorgione; una cerimonia intima ma molto ben curata grazie all'enorme disponibilità del proprietario Beniamino che ci ha aiutato con l'organizzazione (abitando in Lombardia ci siamo appoggiati a lui). E' tutto perfetto, sia la pulizia, che gli appartamenti arredati con gusto e cura dei dettagli, sia gli spazi comuni che la piscina (purtroppo il tempo non ci ha permesso di fare una nuotata). Sarebbero troppe le cose positive da elencare e non riusciamo davvero a trovare un difetto! Supe consigliato.

We loved the place

We loved the place! The location was great - places to visit, restaurants - all within a short drive. The villa (Olivo), looks exactly like on the website. Spacious, well equipped with anything you could need, clean comfortable and quiet. Beniamino, the host, is extremely nice, quick to meet your every  need with a smile and is always happy to recommend places to visit. We will definetly come back!

Should we have stayed longer

The property owner met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of his beautiful home and the grounds. This is the best stay we had in all of Italy. Should have stayed longer than 2 nights to really enjoy this beautiful place.  We had a private cook make us a typical italian Tuscan meal tha was so delicious. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful farm house. Property owner was extremely helpful with giving directions and restaurant reservations. He even called us back when he realized we left a bag in the house. I can't wait to return and bring more family and friends!

A wonderful location

A wonderful location, very serene with beautifully maintained gardens and pool. Everything has been don to a high standard. The shades beside the pool, the shaded area tables and chairs and of course the garden. It is great value for money, the inside of the house is immaculate.

The best looking stay

The place looks as awesome as the pictures show! The house accomodates perfectly a party of six, each couples has a quite big private bedroom with light colors and with a private bathroom. One bathroom even had a tub in there, which was a good bonus. There is a terrace with a great view on nearby hills and barbeque equipment just outside the house and great pool right next to the house. It was the best looking and most comfortable stay during my Airbnb history! Thank you to Beniamino for his hospitality and allowing us to check in after midnight and also for the extra firewood for the fireplace!

Beautiful villa on the Umbrian hills

Spacious and well equipped villa, situated in beautiful garden on the hills very close to the small town of Monteleone d'Orvieto. The environment is quiet, relaxing and very well kept. The swimming pool is well maintained and clean and has a beautiful view to the hills. The villa is furnished very nicely and the air conditioning worked well. The host was very polite and gave useful hints for eating and travelling, visiting. Was a great surprise to have some coffee, tea, sugar, milk, mineral water, tabs for the dish washer and the washing machine.

Incredible experience

Incredible experience. Everything was perfect, it is walking distance to a small town and an easy drive to many larger and midsize cities. The interior was nicely furnished and well equipped. The exterior was beatiful. There is a beautiful pool with plenty of seating. As nice as everything was, the best part is the host. Beniamino could not have been more helpful. He is friendly and polite and extremely helpful. He truly made our vacation somethingwe will never forget. I cannot wait to return.

Un'oasi di pace e raffinatezza

Si tratta di un borgo rurale ristrutturato con grandissima cura. Gli interni degli appartamenti sono arredati in modo molto elegante, in perfetta sintonia con la struttura. Gli appartamenti sono molto spaziosi e perfettamente accessoriati. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina, essendo inverno, ma abbiamo visto che è ampia e perfettamente inserita nella splendida campagna umbra. La posizione è ottima, vicino a Città della Pieve, al Trasimenoe a molti splendidi borghi, fra cui Monteleone d'Orvieto, raggiungibile a piedi.

Nulla è più forte di un ricordo!

Nulla è più forte di un ricordo: ci si dimentica di tante cose ma non di come ci si è sentiti! La tranquillità del luogo, la disponibilità dei proprietari, gli arredi ed il comfort della casa. My husband, son and I stayed in Borgo Giorgione in apartment Grano. We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The house is finished to a very high standard and has every modern convenience. The pool is large and extremely well maintained. The surrounding gardens are pretty and well kept. Beniamino was always on hand, helpful, responsive and a great host. I would go as far as to say that Borgo Giorgione was one of the best holiday properties we have ever stayed in!

Ristrutturatissime!

Abbiamo soggiornato un week-end a Settembre, gli appartamenti sono inseriti in un giardino molto curato, in un contesto tranquillo con piscina. La ristrutturazione, sia esterna che interna, ha cercato di mantenere le caratteristiche originarie dei casali, dotandoli però di tutti i comfort. La posizione è molto buona per raggiungere Città della Pieve(10 minuti di macchina) le terme di San Casciano e i vari borghi vicini.. I proprietari sono molto gentili, sono stati disponibilissimi da subito e ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per farci trascorrere il week-end nel migliore dei modi!

What a fabulous place!

What a fabulous place! Spacious, luxurious, rustic and tasteful. Perfect for big families. And with a pool to throw yourself in when you have done your morning exploring. Borgo is a (walkable) stone's throw from beautiful Monteleone d'Orvieto old town. And without ever having to touch your car you can grab a drink or a bite to eat at a number of decent eateries! The host was really attentive and hooked us up with some local wine tasting, lakeside lounging, and good shopping. Increadible hill-top Orvieto and several other equally idyllic, cobbled, walled towns are an easy (and breathtaking) drive away. Would highly recommend!

A beautiful place to stay

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautuiful apartment in a special part of Italy. We were 2 families of 4 and the accommodation worked really well with on apartment providing us with a large dining table for family meals. The teenaged children enjoyed the mixture of culture in nearby towns with a pool to relax in and the odd game tennis down the road at Number Seven Cafe. Beniamino was a wonderful host and arranged a wine tasting lunch at the local bio winery which was a real treat!

A very pleasant stay in a beautiful Italian style apartment

The Olivo apartment we stayed in was absolutely top class! A very nice kitchen, a good working air conditioning, good bathing, comfortable beds and the use of high quality materials. Plenty of room, a nice terrace with an excellent view from morning till evening and a well kept garden. The pool is fantastic and the terrain is well lighted during the dark hours. Very quiet and relaxing surrounding, just 20 minutes from the highway Firenze-Roma. Located exactly between Rome and Florence, to be reached in max 1.5 hour by car or train.Assusi, Perugia and the great lakes Bolsena and Trasimeno within 1 hour. Good restaurants and supermarket at walking distance. Highly recommended!

A great place to stay!

We had a great time in Borgo Giorgione. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable staying. The pool exceeded our expectations especially and we enjoyed luxury to use it on our own. There are 4 apartments in Borgo Giorgione tha can use the same pool but even though during our staying there was a time all apartment were in use people managed to arrange their time in such a way that everybody had their own time njear the pool. Beniamino proved to be a great host. He was available whenever we needed him, ready to help and advise. Some of our best memories will definitely be from the wine tasting day in Pomario winery (suggested by Beniamino!) with unforgettable home made lunch and a passion of the people who are working in this small biological winery. If you will have time we would also advise to visit Marmore falls near Terni. Finally time spent in the small Frantoio Bartolomei oil factory was really worth it (again thanks to Beniamino for this great suggestion). Maybe the only thing that we missed a bit and that would suggest to consider in the future is to establish some more small places (table and couple of chairs) outside for each apartment to be able to drink an espresso after lunch outside or even to have breakfast in the morning or glass of prosecco in the afternoon. But even without this it is a great place to stay! Thank for everything Beniamino!

Borgo Giorgione was fantastic. The home was exactly as pictured. The home was very clean, spacious and well appointed with kitchen implements. We could not have asked for a better home away from home. The hosts were very charming and helpful. They even made a dinner reservation for us.

The house we stayed in was beautiful

We stayed here with our three children and had a fantastic time. The house we stayed in was beautiful and was very tastefully decorated and extremely confortable. The pool was also great. The area surronding Monteleone is fantastic, not too busy with tourists but with loads to see and do. The landscape and countryside is definitely some of the most picturesque we saw in Italy. Ben was a very helpful host and was always available to ensure we had a great stay. I highly recommend it.

Excellent!

The place is perfectly situed for a visit of Umbria and east of Tuscany and the residence is so well equip. It's almost brand new so all the equipment (a/c, inside the house) and the facilities (pool) perfect. The host is also easy to reach if you have question, very sympa and he give us all the info about the region. The best place we stay in Italie. Someone could say that Monteleone d'orvieto is quiet but you have a lot of small cities (ex Citta dela Pieve) and bigger (Perugia and Orvieto) within 30 minutes. Thoses cities has nothing to be shy before larger cities of Tuscany (Siena and Firenze).

Meraviglioso

Abbiamo trovato per caso il sito di Borgo Giorgione e ci siamo subito affrettati a fermare la casa x 4 ospiti chiamata Melograno. È un'oasi di pace nel verde e nella quiete della natura.
L'appartamento è praticamente nuovo, bellissimo, pulito e rifinito.
La cucina offre tutto il necessario per cucinare in casa.
Posto auto comodissimo, piscina ampia con lettini a disposizione.
Beniamino molto gentile e disponibile.
Non riesco a trovare un difetto a questa struttura!

Beautiful apartment in great location

This apartment is a spacious, new apartment that looks better than the pictures. The pool is lovely and just what we needed after a day of touring Umbria and Tuscany. Our host was very gracious and the property is well kept and secure.

Such a lovely stay

Such a lovely stay with Beniamino at Borgo Giorgione! Beniamino was so helpful and couldn't do enough. He planned us a vineyard tour for our first day at a local vineyard, which was amazing and repllied quickly to any queries we had during our stay! The apartment and pool area where beautiful, as was the sprrounding area. The restaurants in the local area weren't amazing, but we visited a lovely local town one night and had an amazing meal! This place doesn't even feel like air b&b, we were totally left to it and felt to relaxed, at ease and safe. We will definitely be returning! Thanks!

Everything is very nice and clean

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway to Borgo Giorgione's place. They were able to accommodate our late check-in and check-out and they were always in communication with  us if we needed anything. Everything is very nice and clean. We spent the weekend at the pool and were able to prepare all of our meals there. Great place to stay if you are looking for a nice, quiet place to get away to. Appartamento nuovo e supertech!

Bellissimo posto per passare qualche momento in tranquillità. Appartamento nuovo e supertech. Pulito e con una bella vista sul verde. Il gestore Beniamino è una persona molto disponibile e attenta. C'è anche una bella piscina che d'estate piò essere una buona possibilità di relax. Vicini ci sono tanti posti da visitare: Città della Pieve, San Casciano dei Bagni, Orvieto ecc.

Ho trascorso insieme al mio compagno, un fine settimana di relax e divertimento nel nuovissimo appartamento (il mio era Grano) del nuovo e suggestivo agriturismo Borgo Giorgione. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo, la pulizia era impeccabile, l'appartamento era dotato di ogni comfort ed in più, molto accogliente e di nuova generazione, un contrasto tra antico e moderno. L'iagriturismo si trova in una posizione strategica che ci ha permesso di visitare anche in pochi giorni, posti incantevoli, come il lago Trasimeno, borghi medievali e città d'arte. Spero di ritornarci presto. Un posto da sogno da consigliare a tutti.

Un Posto Incantevole per rilassarsi

Ho passato due giorni con mio marito in questo splendido agriturismo. Lo consiglio. L'appartamento è pulitissimo, arredato con grande cura e la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare
L'agriturismo si trova in una posizione privilegiata, fra Orvieto e Città della Piave.
La cittadina di Monteleone di Orvieto è molto carina e silenziosa e le persone sono amichevoli.
Abbiamo intensione di ritornare ad Ottobre per la festa dello zafferano che si svolge a Città della Piave.

Un'oasi di pace nel cuore verde d'Italia, un luogo incantevole dove natura, eleganza degli appartamenti e comfort di ogni tipo si sposano in maniera perfetta! E' stato un weekend meraviglioso, ideale per una fuga romantica all'insegna del relax!

Piacevole soggiorno in Umbria

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo passato un soggiorno piacevole nel nuovissimo appartamento "Grano" all'interno dell'agriturismo Borgo Giorgione.
Pulizia impeccabile, era presente tutto l'occorrente (attrezzatura per la cucina, biancheria da letto e da bagno), il wifi è gratuito e funziona bene, c'è anche il parcheggio gratuito interno.
L'agriturismo ha anche una piscina ma non abbiamo potuto usufruirne visto che è autunno. Sarà un buon motivo per tornare! Consigliato per una vacanza da vivere con lentezza.

Semplicemente incantevole!

Semplicemente incantevole! Curato nei particolari, accogliente e facilmente raggiungibile. Ideale per un rigenerante soggiorno tra le verdi colline umbre, dove i boschi, gli uliveti e vigneti si susseguono. Vivamente consigliato in tutte le stagioni.

A wonderful vacation

Beniamino was waiting for us when we arrived. He did everything to make our stay comfortable. The apartment was better than the pictures. He offered great recommendations for restaurants, sights to visi, etc. He even made restaurant reservation for us. He recommended a great winery where we received a private tour and ate an awesome lunch. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely go back!
